By accessing or using StatusWala, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

You must register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information (name, designation, photo, logo).
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account authentication.
Ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any local laws, copyright laws, or the rights of others.

You agree not to use StatusWala for any unlawful or inappropriate activities, including:

Generating posters containing offensive, abusive, defamatory, or hate-filled content.
Impersonating another person or brand on your custom posters.
Attempting to bypass our API system limits or subscription tier gates.

We offer Free, Pro, and Premium tiers:

Billing is managed on a monthly recurring basis unless cancelled.
Prices and plan structures are subject to change. Active subscribers will be notified in advance.
Payment processing is handled securely by our integrated payment partners.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
